The high quality and accuracy CNC beam saw machine for wood cutting is a cutting machine that is computer-controlled and man-machine integrated. The data required for cutting is input into the computer, the computer automatically arranges the panels, and the machine is started. The machine automatically runs to accurately cut the panels that need to be processed.
It uses a robot to automatically clamp and feed the material, an electronic ruler to automatically position, an electromagnetic measurement system, and a high-precision servo system to accurately position and compensate for the accuracy. The machine can print barcodes and software docking, and automatically optimize the layout according to the customer's cutting requirements. When cutting, the saw carriage runs smoothly on the linear guide rail, and the saw seat automatically moves forward and backward on the straight guide rail to accurately cut the board to be processed, effectively ensuring the sawing effect of the end face while greatly improving work efficiency.

About the payment,I should do the PI for you first,and it has the payment account number of our company, you need to pay a 30% deposit first,when we get the deposit,we will arrange the production of the machine,it takes 20 days. After the production is completed,I will send the pictures of the machine to you,next,you should pay the final payment,and we will arrange the delivery for you.
1. Do you offer installation?
Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request.
2. Where can we get replacement parts?
Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices.
3. How long can we get replacement parts?
Common spare parts can be delivered by express within one week. Some parts can be purchased locally.
