Bakelite air floating table:
The main saw and the grooving saw can be raised and lowered independently, and the lifting height can be automatically adjusted according to the sawing thickness, reducing the lifting stroke of the saw blade to achieve the best sawing effect.
#The mechanical gripper feeding adopts high-precision small-gap reducer and 6-level grind incline gear +incline rack transmission. The cutting accuracy can reach ±0.07 mm. The gripper adopts a flexible rubber-lined double-clamp structure to effectively prevent scratches on the plate.
#There are 8 groups of mechanical grippers, and every 4 groups are separated into 1 solenoid valve for individual control. The closer the solenoid valve is to the cylinder, the faster the cylinder reacts, saving idle running time.
The saw carriage drive system adopts servo control and gear rack transmission, which runs smoothly and quickly. It can automatically position the sawing stroke according to different sawing widths, reduce idle stroke time, and improve work efficiency. The maximum sawing speed can reach 95m/min and the return speed is 120m/min.
International famous low-voltage components have the advantages of high reliability, strong anti-interference ability and low failure rate. All servo operations are controlled by bus, which is more stable than the closedloop of the whole system, and will not cause instability due to data loss caused by interference. The stability of the machine is greatly improved. The low-voltage electrical box uses waterproof joints to wrap the wire through holes, and the entire electrical box is sealed with rubber strips to prevent dust from entering the low-voltage electrical box for a long time and causing a short circuit of the low-voltage.
