      The automatic 1300mm wide belt sander with planer machine is mainly used for surface sanding and fixed thickness sanding , suitable for timber , wood panels , block board , plywood , plywood , insulation panels , insulation materials , calcium silicate board ,  fiberboard , and other products .

Control panel:
    The digital readout is used to set the conveyor table height, and 2 sanding rollers switch, and up and down button for manual adjusting,conveyor table switch.

Planer unit:
    Working unit is a diameter 180mm planer roller, 418 planer knifes with 9 lines assembled on it.
    * Planer knife size: 15*15*2.5mm
    * Planer knife is made in Germany.

P-R-RP sanding unit:
    1st roller is equipped with the heavy duty spiral planer 
    2nd roller is steel sanding roller is used to rough sanding.
    3th roller is combined structure, left one is rubber roller and right steel roller, plus sanding pad, to do fine polishing. 

Working table:
    Working table height and speed both can be adjusted automatically on the control panel to fit for different thickness wood panels.
