1.Our cold press is the standard product of national testing, other small factories are non-standard products, there is a gap between the actual and standard products. For example, 50T standard products, often only 30T, check 30T, the performance of various accessories will exceed the design performance, fatigue will increase, shorten the service life, and even dangerous failures.
2.The control system is imported from Taiwan, the sensitivity and the use time is long, and the control system of other small factories is that of domestic small factories, and there are many small faults.
3.Different types of steel are used. Our key parts use steel, elastic recovery and tensile fatigue degree is stronger than peers. The operation process is smooth, the weight is 300-500kg heavier than the local small factory products.
4.All kinds of sealing rings, instruments, electrical parts using the best, sealing ring protection for 6 years, all kinds of electrical parts protection for 5 years.
5.The flatness of the upper and lower table is good, the working surface is machined with large gantry milling (3 meters long), a molding, the flatness is within 10 wires. Other small plants use small gantry milling, segmented processing (can not be formed at one time).
