1.Oil pressure system is composed of oil cylinder, oil box, oil pump motor, control valve and pressure gauge. There is hydraulic oil in the oil box, and the motor drives the oil pump to pump the oil, then the hydraulic oil is sent to the oil cylinder by connected oil tube to make the oil cylinder work. The overflow valve controls the back-pressure Which is caused by pressed hydraulic parts, to make balance function. The electromagnetism is used to keep the set pressure by the system. The pressure gauge is used to show the pressure.

2.Electricity control system is mainly composed of main motor and control circuit. The electricity circuit uses automatic circuit breaker, fuse protector and AC contactor to protect the motor of machine and electromagneticsm from overloading, short circuit ,lost of pressure and short of voltage.
 

3.Platen balance mechanism is mainly composed of balance lifter rack, lifter gear ,rotation axis, stable transmission gear, etc. The left and right balance rack is installed in the machine body, and two ends of rotation axis is fixed with lifter gear, and gear is put in the two ends of rotation axis to make the rotation axis run flexibly. 

4.Platen is composed of up platen and down platen. The up and down platen is both welded by section and steel platen. The work surface is processed by big milling planer, to make sure the worktable smooth. The up platen is connected with the oil cylinder lever, and the oil cylinder lifting drives the platen lift. The down platen is welded to the machine pedal directly, to make the whole machine structure solid.

5.Machine body is welded by section and steel plate, with compact form and good intensity.
