45 degree sawing:
One-button lifting function, convenient and quick tool replacement, straight edge panels can be directly milled into 45 degree bevel straight edges.

 

Infrared heating lamp:
Solve the problem of low temperature in winter factory space, which leads to the problem of loose edge banding of workpieces after edge banding machine processing. This device has the function of plate heating and intermittent heating, which effectively reduces energy consumption and production costs.

Hot air device:
The hot air auxiliary function not only softens the edge band, but also heats the adhesive surface of the cloth for a second time, ensuring the edge bonding strength and making the edge sealing effect more perfect.

 

Edge band slotting:
Use edge band slotting to slot and shape the parts that need to be combined, so that the edge band surface has clear wheel angles. The hand wheel adjusts the depth and height, which is convenient and quick. The front pressure wheel of the edge band is adjusted synchronously with the slotting cutter head to make the slotting depth stable.

 

Bevel and straight edge pressing:
The straight edge and the bevel edge are pressed independently to ensure that the edge banding is pressed tightly on the workpiece. The pressing wheel is equipped with a scraping function to scrape off excess hot melt glue.

 

Front and rear trimming
It consists of front trimming and rear trimming. It uses automatic tracking and high-speed motor to quickly cut the front and rear end trimming materials to ensure a smooth cut surface.

 

Trimming
Trim the sealed edge strips to make the upper and lower edges of the edge strips flush with the upper and lower surfaces of the board, and trim the desired curvature according to needs to achieve better edge sealing effects.

 

Polishing:
Polish the edge-sealed boards and use a cotton polishing wheel to clean the processed boards to make them cleaner and smoother after edge sealing.
