Easy operated control panel:

The digital readout is used to set the conveyor table height, and 2 sanding rollers switch, and up and down button for manual adjusting,conveyor table switch.

P-R-RP sanding unit:                                
1 st is equipped with the heavy duty spiral planer , in order to decrease the large amount of wood boards.
2 nd roller is steel sanding roller is used to rough sanding.
3 th one is combined structure, left one is rubber roller and right steel roller, plus sanding pad, to do fine polishing

 

Planer unit:

Working unit is a diameter 180mm planer roller 418 planer knifes with 9 lines assembled on it.
