Product Description
Hot press machine for door is mainly used to manufacture wooden door, also it can laminate veneer onto plywood, MDF and chipboard etc. panels.
Compared with the cold press machine, it has much higher working efficiency. Hot press machine takes only around 4 to 5 minutes to finish laminating.
The machine consists of a frame, a fixed hot pressing plate, a movable worktable, an intermediate hot pressing plate, a hydraulic device, an electric heating heat transfer oil circulation device and an electric control box. The frame is welded with the national standard B-type material and then subjected to high-pressure sandblasting.
Using the method of hot oil circulation heating and the upper pressure of the oil cylinder, the processed object is placed between the fixed hot pressing plate, the movable pressing plate and the middle hot pressing plate, and the gluing is carried out in a hot state. It is suitable for the veneer of flat decorative layer, wood board and other materials. The time of hot pressing and gluing can be automatically realized by the time relay. Only press the work button once each time the working pressure is reached. After reaching the working pressure, the relay will automatically time the time. When the set time is reached, the hot pressing plate will automatically open and drop.
It is made of high-quality carbon solid steel plate with high precision, high strength and durability. Its special length of 2500mm work table allows users to achieve convenient operation.
After careful segmentation design, low energy consumption, uniform heat conduction and adjustable temperature.
