If you use our machine, you can achieve the following functions:1.Symmetrically edge banding with perfect round corners.
2.Invisible glue lines.
3.Clean surface with smoothly edge trimming.
Our edge banding machine use high quality accessories with the latest design.
1.Band clamping patent, perfectly preventing the bands from moving off its track.2.Board preheating to get a better gluing effect.
3.Nonstick material glue pot, easy to clean without residue.
4.Dust proof plate setting all along the whole edge banding process can prevent the board from dirt.
5.Auxiliary pinch roller for narrow boards. Stable edge banding even for 4cm width panel.6.The use of six-edges knife for fine trimming leads to a smoother cutting surface. With the design of linear guideway, it can stably working without abrasion. Also not easy to get stuck.
7.Band clamping by pneumatic control on fine trimming and scraping processes without manual adjusting.
8.Scrapping process with dust collecting pipe.
