The multi row drilling machine with multiple drill bits that can work together has single-row, three-row, six-row, etc. Also known as a brush drill, a multi-row drill converts the traditional manual drilling action into a mechanical action, which is completed automatically by the machine.The vertical row seat of the multi-row drill is divided into two sections of independent drill seats. The two sections of independent drill seats are pulled apart or closed longitudinally along the Y axis c by the drive of the lead screw nut at the bottom of the drill seat, and a digital counter is used to display the pulling distance to expand the drilling range. The vertical drill seat is driven by a gear rack along the horizontal movement of the x-axis, and the moving distance is calibrated by a digital display. It is equipped with a pneumatic or hydraulic locking system, so that the two sections of the independent drill seats can be rotated 90 degrees independently to achieve the purpose of horizontal drilling L. Quick-change drill bits are used on each row of drill seats of the multi-row drill, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the multi-row drill.

Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request.

Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices.
3. How long can we get replacement parts?
