      MB504 Surface Planer uses cast iron countertops. The countertops are milled and leveled and have a high level of flatness. Through MB503, the wood can be planed out to a good flat surface and provide a basic plane for subsequent processing procedures.

Sturdy and wear-resistant cast iron workbench.Not easy to rust ,The whole workbench has been finely polished and calibrited by multiple processes, and the smooth table top makes the splicing effect close to perfect.

The improved lip plate design makes the rotation of the cutter shaft more balanced. The lip plate has a muffler hole, which can greatly reduce the planing noise.

The adjustment handwheel controls the tilt of the baffle, as well as the width and length of the baffle.In addition to vertical, slope planing can also be carried out.

Spiral cutter optional
     Compared with traditional straight knives, spiral knives have the following advantages:
     Higher processing efficiency: The spiral blade can cut wood faster, thus improving processing efficiency.
     More precise processing: The cutting angle of the spiral blade is steeper, which can cut the wood better, making the processed wood smoother and flatter.
