     This high performance wood sanding machine drum sander for wood working is mainly used in panel calibrating and fine sanding such as plywood, flakeboard, medium and high density board, glued laminated timber, blockboard, calcum silicate board, fiber cement board , steel board ,Alm board ,stone and so on.

Sanding Unit: 
1st sanding unit using 240mm large-diameter eccentric spiral gauge rollers are installed with Japanese NSK bearings, big power motor- 22KW achieve the effect of gauge sanding.
The 2nd Sanding Unit : Using 210mm eccentric  glue rollers with Japanese NSK bearings on and extractable flat steel pressure pillows, equipped with a 22KW motor to achieve the polishing effect .

Brush device:
The brush roller is used, the anti-static texture is softer, it will not cause scratches, and it can more effectively remove the residual dust on the board surface. The motor is 0.37KW.

Body sheet metal part :
1. The lower body adopts a heavy-duty machine base, which is welded with a whole plate around it, and the bottom is welded with dense channel steel and steel plate connection, which enhances the stability and strength of the lower body and ensures that the base does not deform.
2. The conveying bed is welded by t18 thick steel plate, and the smoldering process is adopted to eliminate internal stress, which ensures the precision and sanding precision of the conveying bed.
3. The cantilever of the calibrating roller is made of large 180*200 rectangular tube, which has high strength and good stability.
4. The beam seat and hanging plate are made of precision castings, which can effectively absorb shock and ensure permanent deformation.
