Double-sided planer thicknesser refers to planing the small-diameter wood longitudinally from both sides of the small-diameter wood at the same time. Before starting processing, adjust the initial position of the planers on both sides and accurately align the cutters. After the adjustment, the planers are fed longitudinally for planing. During planing, the shear stress brought by the front blade surface continuously squeezes the wood on both sides of the small-diameter wood, causing the cut wood to bend and shear, and a small gap ahead of the blade will be formed. When the shear stress on the cut wood on both sides reaches the critical value, the cut wood will be deformed.

After the production is completed,I will send the pictures of the machine to you,next,you should pay the final payment,and we will arrange the delivery for you.

Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request.

Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices.
3. How long can we get replacement parts?
Common spare parts can be delivered by express within one week. Some parts can be purchased locally.
