Screen Control Panel:                                      
Touch screen is made from Delta(Taiwan) brand PLC control system and operation panel.

Pre-milling:                                              
There are two counter rotating shape cutters there are independent control of air cylinders allows milling front edge and back edge without tear out.

Gluing:
Nonstick material glue pot,easy to clean.Board preheating part,better gluing effect.

End trimming:
Auxiliary pinch roller for narrow boards.Stable edge banding even for 4CM width panel.Strong end cutting unit makes sure the well process.

 

Fine/Rough trimming:
Fine/rough trimming mechanism,full automatic adjustment.,adopts automatic tracking and high frequency motor to ensure the trimming
places smoothly.

 

Corner Rounding:
Corner Rounding mechanism with two high precision tracking motor to make sure high tracking speed and high trimming speed.

 

Scrapping:
Scrapping process with dust collecting pipe makes sure the clean final panel.
